Thank you for shopping with AirMisto. This policy explains when your order will ship and when you can expect it to arrive.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or because of carrier delays or weather.
Shipping rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Multiple packages
If you order more than one item, your order may be sent in separate packages and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping for this.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before your order is dispatched.
Delayed, lost, or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at airmisto26@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if the item is damaged). We'll work with you to resolve it quickly, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Because we currently ship only within the United States, customs and import fees don't apply.
